The firm was established in 1981 in Brussels to practice belgian, european and international law in general. Its members are entitled to handle cases or to plead before the belgian courts (in french or dutch) as well as before the other courts and tribunals of the member states of the European Union, the Court of Justice of the European Union or involving other European institutions.  

Preferred subjects: Art and cultural property law (civil and criminal), contract law, litigation strategy and conduct, intellectual property rights, commercial leases, commercial distribution law, etc.
